Um....hi?

Hello ... I'm a friend of Koren's/Cybermathwitch's (from her "real"--you should pardon the expression--life). I'm the friend with the way too many babies that she's staying with. My husband is out of town on our first ever business trip.

He used to live over three hours away while he was in law school. He drove home every weekend for two and a half years to be with me (true love!)....and last night was the first time I had to say goodbye to him on a Sunday night in years. Alas and alack. Well hey, at least I know I still love him....otherwise I wouldn't miss him now would I? Koren is all my hero for staying with me and the kids.

Speaking of whom, I have three kids. I have an 8 year old daughter named Rhiannon who is fast (too fast!) approaching adolescence, another daughter (aged 2.5) named Morgan who is a bona fide Hinky Punk, and a 1.5 year old son named Rowan. Morgan and Rowan are a year and three days apart, because their mama is a chowderhead and didn't ask enough questions about the pill the doctor gave her while she was breastfeeding. But that's neither here nor there.

I am a notoriously BAD journaller (is that even a word?) so...this is an experiment for me. We shall see....
