Something Extraordinary

So, something rather extraordinary just happened. My 4 year old was in her room having an unholy fit (this, btw, is not the extraordinary part...unfortunately). Anyway, my 10 year old walk into her bedroom and says "Morgan honey, you need to ground and center."

My 10 year old daughter then proceded to walk my 4 year old through a rudimentary guided meditation ("be a tree" basically) and Morgan came out of her room about three minutes later completely calm and apologized to me.

Wow.

My kids rock.
