Well, having spoken with HR yesterday I am now both more sure I want to quit, and a lot more sanguine about the decision to do so.
Susan England (the HR lady...call her Catbert) talked to me, helped me straighten out my time sheet and subtly and gently warned me that I really needed to start working more hours. Dr. M, whom I somehow managed to forget over-reacts to everything implied that I was oh-so-much toast.
What really has me cheesed off is that I know my evaluation was entirely arbitrary. If he'd filled it out the day before, it would have been all good.
So, that being said, I am not only out of here, I'm quitting in a cloud of righteous indignation. Hah!
